1. Remove the appropriate tie rod end (see Removal and installation of tips of steering draughts).
2. Remove the inner and outer mounting straps (bandage tapes) and remove the cover from the steering rod.
3. Wipe the rod thoroughly, place a new cover on it and fix it with the outer edge in the groove on the rod.
4. Fasten the cover with new clamps - make sure that it does not twist.
5. Install the tie rod end (see Removal and installation of tips of steering draughts).
6. At the first opportunity, drive the car to a specialized car service workshop to check and adjust the toe-in of the front wheels.
