2. Loosen the tie rod end locknut ¼ turn (see photo). Measure the length of the visible section of the threaded part of the tip with a caliper and mark with a risk.
3. Unpin and unscrew the ball stud nut, press out the tip hinge, unscrew the nut (see photo).
4. Press the tip hinge out of the lever on the bracket!not the hub (see photo).
5. Unscrew the rod end by counting the number of turns or mark the original position of the rod end.
Attention! Tie rod ends are not interchangeable, on the right end (with right hand thread) there is an R mark, on the left (with left hand thread) - label L.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Screw the tip into the rod for the counted number of revolutions (or according to the risk caused during disassembly).
