Outdoor lighting lamps — removal and installation

1. New lamps must fully match the ones being replaced. When replacing, disconnect the battery from the ground. Before installing the lamp, make sure that the contacts of the block or socket are clean and secure. Handle the lamp bulb only through a clean cloth.

Low beam lamp

2. In the engine compartment, turn the outer cover of the lamp holder (Brown) and take off (see photo).



3. Remove the lamp by the metal base (see photo).

High beam lamp

4. In the engine compartment, turn the inner cover of the lamp holder (black color) and remove.



5. Remove the lamp by the metal base.

Marker lamp

6. Bulb holder mounted on the bottom of the headlight housing (see photo).

Front turn signal lamp

7. Bulb holder mounted on the side of the headlight housing (see photo).

Front fog lamp

8. Remove the front bumper.


9. Remove the headlight cover and replace the bulb (see photo).

Side repeater lamp

10. The procedure for replacing the side repeater lamp is illustrated in the photo.

Rear lamp combination (hatchback and sedan)

11. The procedure for replacing taillight bulbs on hatchback and sedan models is illustrated in the photo.

Rear lamp combination (station wagon)

12. In a luggage compartment remove a cover of a back lantern, having turned flags of fastenings.

13. Turn away 2 nuts and get a back lantern.

14. Press the latch and remove the lamp holder.

15. Press the lamp, turn and remove.

Rear lamp combination (Zafira)

16. In a luggage compartment uncover a back lantern.

17. Turn away 2 nuts and get a back lantern.

18. Press the latch and remove the lamp holder (see photo).



19. Press the lamp, turn and remove.

License plate lamp (hatchback and sedan)

20. The license plate light on hatchback and sedan models is mounted on top of the rear bumper.

21. Remove the diffuser, press on the right edge of the lamp and pull it out by the left edge. Remove the lamp by pressing the latch (see photo).

License plate lamp (station wagon and Zafira)

22. Remove the screws, remove the lamp diffuser and remove the lamp (the lamp is mounted on spring contacts).

Lamps of an additional lantern of a signal of braking

Hatchback and sedan

23. Remove panels of internal facing of a back cover.

24. Remove the 2 screws and remove the brake light from the latches by disconnecting the wire (see photo). Install the new headlight in reverse order (non-separable lantern).






Wagon and Zafira

25. Remove the panels of the inner lining of the rear cover

26. Remove the lantern (see photo) and install the new one in reverse order (non-separable lantern).
