Careful attitude to the power unit at the initial stage of vehicle operation is the key to its reliable and efficient functioning during the entire remaining service life declared by the manufacturers.
For the first 1000 km, you should try to drive at a variable speed and with frequent changes in engine speed within the permissible range.
Avoid increased loads at the initial stage of vehicle operation, leading to the need for full throttle opening, try not to exceed the value of 3/4 of the maximum permissible crankshaft speed when driving in the selected gear (tachometer red range).
During the first 200 km run, try not to allow hard braking - you should brake, if possible, smoothly and with medium intensity. If possible, try to avoid depressing the gas pedal beyond the point of resistance that leads to the activation of the kickdown mode (models with AT).
Avoid manual downshifting for the purpose of engine braking. On models with AT, move the selector lever to the position of limiting the switching ranges only in cases of real need (e.g. when driving in mountainous terrain).
After the first 1000 km of run, the speed and engine speed can be gradually increased to the limit values.
