1. Open the hood and place it on the stop.
2. Remove the crankcase protection (see Removal and installation of mudguards and engine crankcase protection).
3. Loosen the six screws securing the front bumper to the radiator frame..
Note. This is how the screws for attaching the front bumper to the radiator frame are located.
4.... and remove the screws.
5. In both front wheel arches, loosen the screws securing the front fender liner to the bumper..
6.... and remove the screws.
7. From the bottom of the car, on both sides, loosen the tightening..
8.... and remove one screw securing the bumper to the side members of the body.
9. Use a screwdriver to pry the latches of the four clips of the bumper to the front suspension subframe..
Note. This is how the clips for attaching the front bumper to the front suspension subframe are located.
10.... remove the clips from the caps..
11.... and then the pistons themselves.
12. Grasping the side of the bumper on the left side of the car, carefully, one at a time, remove the bumper fasteners on the front fender from the bumper holes..
13.... then disconnect the bumper from the wing. Remove the bumper from the fender on the right side of the car in the same way.
14. From the bottom of the car, on both sides, loosen one coupling bolt securing the bumper to the front suspension subframe brackets..
15.... and remove the bumper brackets from the subframe brackets.
16. Take the bumper away from the body..
17.... by pressing the clamp of the bumper wiring harness block..
18.... disconnect it from the vehicle wiring harness block and remove the bumper.
19. If necessary, remove the upper and lower parts of the radiator lining and the energy-absorbing element from the bumper (see Removal and installation of facing of a radiator).
20. If the bumper was removed for replacement, and there is no outside air temperature sensor on the new bumper, press the retainer of the sensor wiring harness block with a screwdriver..
21.... and disconnect the block from the sensor.
22. On the outer side of the lower part of the radiator lining, press the clamps of the outdoor air temperature sensor with a screwdriver..
23.... and remove the sensor.
24. Squeeze the clamps of the two wire harness holders with pliers..
25.... and, removing the holders from the holes in the bumper, remove the harness.
26. Install the wiring harness and outside air temperature sensor to the new bumper.
27. Install the front bumper and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
