Removal and installation of the shock sensor

You will need a TORX E5 key.

1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Pry off the upper edge of the left sill trim..



3.... and remove the lining, overcoming the elastic resistance of its holders.



4. Press the clamp of the shock sensor wiring harness block..



5.... and disconnect the block from the sensor.



6. Screw in a few turns the bolt that secures the shock sensor to the central pillar of the body..



7.... and remove the sensor, removing the bolt head from the figured hole in the rack.



8. Install the shock sensor and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
