Power steering pump pulley replacement

1. Remove the power steering pump.

2. Using the puller CH-25034-C, remove the pulley (1) from the power steering pump.



3. The pulley is installed using the CH-25033-C tool.

Four-cylinder engines: make sure the pulley is flush with the spindle and aligned with the other pulley.

Six-cylinder engine (LBW): install the pulley so that the distance shown in the figure is «A», equal to 3.2 mm.
