Replacing the upper and lower facing casings of the steering column

Note. Before starting work, fully extend the telescopic steering column by setting the steering wheel as far as possible from the dashboard.

1. Unhook the upper facing casing of the steering column (1) and take off.

Note. For better access, turn the steering wheel to one side or the other.

2. Loosen the three fixing screws (2) and remove the lower steering column cover (3).

3. Remove the frame of the ignition lock (4).

4. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
