Replacing the GNC suspension trunnion

1. Raise and secure the vehicle.

2. Remove the rear wheel from the vehicle.

3. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor.

4. Remove the rear suspension spring.

5. Remove rear wheel hub with bearing.

6. Unscrew the bolt securing the stabilizer bar to the trunnion.

7. To turn away a bolt of fastening of an adjusting draft to a pin.

8. Remove the trunnion (1) pendants.



9. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.

Note. A suitable hydraulic jack must be used to relieve the suspension while tightening the screw connections.

10. After installation, check and adjust the rear wheel alignment angles.
