Replacing the alternator drive belt, air conditioning compressor and power steering pump

Removing

1. Open the hood.

2. Raise and secure the car.

3. Remove the insulating cover of the engine compartment.

4. Insert the EN-913-A wrench into the tensioner bolt (3).



5. Using the EN-913-A wrench, turn the tensioner clockwise to loosen the drive belt and insert the EN-6130 locking pin (2).

6. Remove the EN-913-A key.

7. Remove attachment drive belt (1).

Installation

1. Install the implement drive belt on all pulleys as shown.



2. Insert the EN-913-A wrench into the tensioner bolt (3).



3. Turn the tensioner clockwise (in the direction of the arrow in the figure).

4. Remove EN-6130 locking pin (2).

5. Slowly turn the tensioner counterclockwise to tension the drive belt.

6. Remove the EN-913-A key.

7. Install the insulating cover of the engine compartment.

8. Lower the car.

9. Close the hood.
