The lid has an air hole. The battery must not be tilted more than 45°to prevent electrolyte spillage.
For charging, the same chargers are used, as well as quick chargers.
A very cold battery is not suitable for charging. The temperature should be +10-30°C.
The battery can be charged with a current of 3-50 A.
When disconnecting and connecting, make sure that there is no spark, to do this, turn off all consumers.
Shake the battery slightly before charging.
Charge only those batteries whose color indicator remains dark after shaking.
If the battery is heated above 50°C and if there is a strong emission of gases, stop charging or reduce the charging current.
The battery is sufficiently charged when the built-in hydrometer shows green. You don't need to charge more.
Clean the battery terminals and lubricate with petroleum jelly.
Shake the battery every hour during charging to mix the electrolyte well.
A is the green dot in the center of the hydrometer. The ball is located directly in front of the window. This means that the battery is more than 65% charged.
B is the dark center. The ball lies not in front of the window. The charge is less than 65%.
C - light or light yellow center. The electrolyte level is too low. If starting is difficult, replace the battery.
Favorable storage temperature is 0°at +27°С. At this temperature, the battery is the least discharged by itself.
A special temperature-compensated hydrometer allows you to quickly determine the condition of the battery when checking or before charging.
