2. Lever out the cigarette lighter light cover and remove the two screws as shown (photo).
3. Pull out the base of the heater dashboard and disconnect it at the top.
4. Remove the instrument panel of the air conditioner or heater.
5. Remove the light switch (Chapter 18)
6. Remove the headlight range control switch (Chapter 18)
7. Remove the combined steering column switch (Chapter 17).
8. Remove the eight screws and remove the trim panel (photo). The central screws are covered with plastic caps. Disconnect the headlight height adjuster wire connector.
9. Unfasten the holder (photo).
10. Loosen the instrument panel fixing screws (photo).
11. Release the speedometer drive cable from the mounting brackets in the engine compartment.
12. Pull out the dashboard, then press the spring plate and disconnect the speedometer drive cable (photo).
13. Mark the position of the wire contacts and disconnect them (photo).
14. Remove the dashboard (photo).
15. If access to the tachometer, temperature gauge, fuel gauge, voltage stabilizer, printed circuit board and speedometer drive is required, it is necessary to remove the trim fixed with five screws.
16. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
