Removing
1. Pinch the brake hose going to the caliper.
2. Remove the brake pads.
3. Loosen the connection nut.
4. Disconnect the brake pipe from the caliper.
5. Loosen the fixing screws.
6. Remove the support.
Repair
1. Clean the caliper. Remove rings and caps from pistons.
2. Press out the pistons with compressed air. Remove seals.
3. Flush all elements in clean brake fluid and replace worn or damaged elements.
Assembly
1. Assembly of elements of a support is carried out upside-down.
2. Lubricate cylinder walls, seals and pistons with brake fluid prior to installation. Install the pistons so that the recesses on the pistons are inclined downward at an angle of approximately 23°.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Tighten the caliper mounting bolts to the correct torque.
