Removing
1. Remove the mudguard (protection) engine.
2. Mark the direction of rotation of the ribbed belt by marking an arrow on it with chalk.
3. Turn the belt tensioner roller counterclockwise using socket 1 and remove the ribbed belt (see arrow in illustration).
4. Lay the ribbed belt, loosening the roller tension (see illustration). Belt tensioner.
5. Remove the ribbed belt.
6. Unscrew the bolts 1 and 2 fastening the tensioner and remove it (see illustration).
7. Disconnect the damper 3 from the tensioner, marking its mounting position (see illustration).
Attention! It is recommended to install the tensioner damper only vertically.
8. Connect the damper to the tensioner by tightening the mounting bolt with a force of 23 Nm.
9. Install the tensioner on the bracket and fasten it with a tightening torque of 42 Nm, and fasten the tensioner damper with a bolt with a force of 23 Nm.
10. Lay the ribbed belt.
