Addendum: Innovations and information on later models — introduction

This Supplement contains information that is additional or new to the material presented in the first twelve Chapters of this Guide.

Most of the information relates to changes introduced to models starting in 1987, including the introduction of the 2.0 liter engine. Also describes innovations in the engine, cooling, fuel and exhaust systems, and ignition systems for all later models.

The sections in the Supplements are arranged in the same order as the corresponding Chapters in the Manual to which they relate. The specifications are grouped together for convenience, but also follow the same order.

It is recommended that you read the information provided in the relevant Section of the Addendum before undertaking any process. In this way, all changes regarding the execution of work or the replacement of parts can be noted and taken into account without reference to the main Chapters.
