Clutch pedal adjustment diagram
The pedal must occupy a certain position in height. Pedal adjustment is carried out in accordance with fig. The height value H should be 157-207 mm with the mat laid on the floor. Without a mat, the size is reduced by 10 mm.
Loosen stem locknut to adjust height (2) and adjust the stem. Tighten the locknut to 28 Nm.
Next, adjust the clearance "H2". To do this, the lock nut is loosened and the stop bolt rotates (1). Meaning "H2" should be 0.5 - 1.0 mm. To check the pedal is taken by hand and moves back and forth. After adjustment, tighten the locknut to 20 Nm.
Finally, the pedal stroke is adjusted "H1". If there is a mat, the pedal travel from the initial position to the stop on the floor should be 162 mm.
After performing all adjustments, check the operation of the clutch, as described in Section Clutch test without removal.
