Tailgate lock cylinder — removal and installation

Removing

1. Open the rear door and remove the door trim.



2. Disconnect the central blocking rod by removing the plastic retainer.



3. Unscrew the nuts (arrows), then disconnect the lock cylinder linkage from the lock.



4. Remove the lock cylinder from the rear door.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
