Removing the front bumper
Remove the grille.
Raise the vehicle slightly.
Remove both wheel arches.
At the top end of the bumper, unscrew one torx head bolt.
At the bottom of the car, wring out five spacer rivets. To do this, press the pin in the middle of the rivet with two screwdrivers and completely remove the rivet with tongs.
Where present, disconnect the wire connectors to the fog lights.
Unscrew the two hex bolts at the top of the bumper.
When installing the bumper, first screw it on at the top, then hook it on the sides and screw it on.

Dismantled front bumper. The arrows show the mounting bolts and expansion rivets. Stacked according to their mounting position.
Removing the grille. The arrows show the mounting bolts of the radiator grille. When installing, insert the mounting tabs on the bottom of the grille into the holes in the bumper. Pull the grate down and screw it on immediately.
Removing the rear bumper
Raise the rear of the vehicle slightly.
In the wheel wells at the ends of the bumper, unscrew the torx head bolts one at half height and one at the bottom of the bumper.
Remove the two torx head bolts at the bottom of the bumper.
Unscrew a total of four torx nuts at the top of the bumper.
Press the ends of the bumper away from the side pieces.
Remove the bumper from the rear of the vehicle and disconnect the license plate light wire connectors.
When installing, first press the bumper against the rear of the vehicle and screw it on with the torx nuts.
Then press the bumper so that its ends are fixed.
Spoiler bevel replacement
Remove the front bumper.
Unscrew the two ring clips on the spoiler bevel as a whole.
Press the latches and remove the spoiler bevel at the ends from the bumper.
Attach the new spoiler bevel to the ends and secure.
Mount the bumper.
