Removal and installation of ashtrays

Front ashtray

1. Using a plastic wedge, remove the decorative frame of the gear lever / selector niche from the center console (see illustration 34.4).

2. Open the lid and pull out the ashtray tray by holding the side edges (see resist. illustration).



3. Using the holes in the walls of the ashtray mounting body, pull it up with force (see illustration 35.2), release from the holder and remove from the center console.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.

Rear ashtray

5. Open the rear ashtray on the end wall of the center console, press the retaining spring down (see resist. illustration) and remove the ashtray tray from the installation housing.

6. Using a plastic wedge, pry and remove the installation housing from the seat on the rear section of the center console (see illustration 35.5).



7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
